Celebrity Hairdresser Chris McMillan Releases a Hair Product Kit

Chris McMillan, one of L.A.’s great hair stylists - to Jennifer Aniston, Debra Messing, Lucy Liu, and countless other celebrities - and who writes a column for Allure Magazine - is a hard man to get an appointment with at his Burton Way Salon. He’s also been on a press tour with Jennifer Aniston around the world for her recent movies. But he’s just released a hair system that’s available through the internet (ChrisMcMillanhair.com) or through an infomercial. It’s a five piece system for hair health, which includes a rejuvanting shampoo, conditioner, intensive repair mask, a multi-tasking spray and a glossing serum. The full kit is $116.00, but you can get a 30 day supply for $29.95 as a trial (you can order by phone at 888 297 7444). It claims to revitalize dull hair, and add body and shine - but he also makes the stronger claim that the products will make your hair 300 percent stronger and reduct breakage by 65%. McMillan created the products with Guthy-Renker, who also created Proactive - so they obviously have a big track record in the beauty business - and so does he. After all, he created the “Rachel do” - Jennifer Aniston’s signature “Friends” hairdo, the most influential hairstyle in 20 years - and he’s been keeping Aniston’s hair glossy and beautiful ever since.
